Plot Summary :
If there is one thing that Blaze knows , it's that she hated Kohen. She has known him ever since they were kids and he has always made life hard for her. What was little pranks turned into something much more serious when he went ahead and turned the only place she ever called home. It was war from that day. She was going to ruin him and he would never see it coming.
Kohen loves fire. He loves the way it lights up and then within moments the only thing left is ruins. But if there is one thing he loves more than anything is Blaze’s fire. He loves it when she lights up , although something tells him that she is not that fond of him but he just can't stop. Their dynamic has been going on for a long time , so now it's time that he has her for good. She has been running and hating him for years because she thinks he makes her life hell. Only if she knew that he had been holding off since that time.
They say the devil looks hideous up close. I wish I could say the same.
Overall Opinion :
Omg, I have been waiting for this book for months! Like I think I stumbled upon a teaser posted by the author on her Instagram sometime and I just wanted it so bad. Luckily I got a chance to read it on my Kindle and I finished it in a single sitting.
Like always this author provides the best banter and steam between her main leads. The humor is top notch and I have honestly never read anything like it and this dynamic is one of the reasons why I always read her books. All her main leads are very strong and none of them backs down , which always makes their character growth and romance scenes the best!
Blaze and Kohen have an amazing tale that made me laugh and also made me cry because omg , some scenes are just so sweet 😭 Like how was blaze so blind , but I can't blame her either , Kohen is pretty intense 🤣 This one is a standalone with a lot of suspense and some amazing scenes that I am sure you all will enjoy a lot.
I can't wait for more such amazing reads from Avina!! Definitely recommending this one to all the dark romance loving people out there!
