The last thing Via expected to find in her Family's basement was a Man. A gorgeous man. She was there to save a bunch of babies, a rare species that had to be hidden, but she didn't expect him. He was clearly being kept captive there and when she got the news of his upcoming death, she knew she had to save him. Or she could not be able to live with herself. He was an innocent man. Or so she thought.
The man she thought to be innocent was in fact one of the most dangerous species out there. A killer. And now she had freed him. Freeing him took everything from her because he had the gall to come back and expose her. She was a traitor in her own kingdom and now he wanted to marry her on top of that. As if that will happen. He was the reason for her ruin and finally it was Fia's chance to use Colvin like he had used her.
I loved this one! I read very rare books by this author because I somehow always end up leaving them 😭🤣 I mean they start out great but then things fizzle out and I drop them. But that was not the case with this book. It was good and I made it to the end!! ✌
Definitely recommending it to the hardcore lovers of contemporary Fantasy romance lovers. This was a good one time read for me.
